Candy Apple and Ginger Fizz.
A dark, fruity, fizzy cocktail with hints of caramel and ginger for a ghoulishly grown-up Hallowe’en trick or treat.
Ingredients:
👻1 part Apple Gin (we used Symphonia Spirits)
👻1 part Caramel Liqueur
👻1 part Brandy
👻a pinch of activated charcoal
👻Clearer Twist Ginger Ale
👻apple to garnish
Method:
Shake the gin, caramel liqueur, brandy, and charcoal with ice, strain into a large martini glass, top up with ginger ale, and garnish with a slice of apple. Happy Hallowe’en!
