AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast Celebrates 6th Birthday with Tapas on the Terrace and a Special Visit from Celebrity Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli for a Special Two-Day Event
We were thrilled to be invited to an exclusive sixth birthday engagement where we had the opportunity to try dishes from the new menu while sipping on signature cocktails, and chatting with renowned Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, the man behind the menu at both Novelli’s restaurant and The Terrace at AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast.
Dubbed the nation’s favourite French chef, and recently appearing on Cooking with the Stars and MasterChef Australia, Jean-Christophe was the perfect host for this special celebration, and he spoke with passion about his love of great food and how delighted he is to have a restaurant in such a stunning location on Belfast’s waterfront.
Among the dishes on the rejuvenated menu we loved the charred Padrón Peppers, succulent Calamari Baskets, tangy Goats Cheese and Red Onion Tartlets, oozy Arancini, Patatas Bravas with chunks of salty Halloumi, Antipasti sharing boards and so much more, all evoking a sense of sunshine and ushering in a new season for the hotel.
In addition, The Terrace BBQ Thursdays, held every last Thursday of the month, includes live entertainment, creating an inviting atmosphere for the al fresco dining experience. And for those seeking a quick escape, The Terrace Airstream will be serving up refreshments and snacks daily. Whether enjoyed on-the-go or savoured in the comfort of the vibrant space, The Terrace is the perfect spot to recharge and rejuvenate whilst enjoying breathtaking views of Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter.
The Terrace will also open for special events, offering bespoke packages to those who want to mark a special occasion or hold a private event.
