Solve The Puzzles To Win £10,000 With Six by Nico’s New ‘Wonders of the World’ Menu
Building on the success of its immersive experiences, Six by Nico is set to take diners on an adventure across the Six Wonders of the World.
Six by Nico’s most immersive menu yet, “Six Wonders of the World”, has arrived for lovers of puzzles, adventures, and delicious food and drink.
Diners are taken on a journey, tracing the footsteps of legendary explorer Nicolas Bogg, through six iconic wonders of the world, from ancient temples to mysterious cities, solving puzzles and riddles en route.
Starting with a superb snack of Vegetarian Chichen-Itzá: croquetas de queso y chile, accompanied by warm sourdough with salty whipped butter, and a refreshing Hugo Spritz, “One For The Road”, this appetiser and aperitif set us up for the adventure ahead.
The first course, “Statue of Zeus at Olympia”, transported us to the Aegean with flavours of black olive, smoked tomato, and ashed curds, followed by a trip to “The Colosseum”, a Roman-inspired dish of globe artichoke, fregola sarda, black garlic, and bitter chicory.
Our journey then took us across the Atlantic Ocean to the statue of “Christ the Redeemer” in Brazil to enjoy one of our favourite courses of the evening; scorched mackerel, zesty leche de tigre, grapefruit, and crisp turnips, then off to “The Great Wall of China”; an umami-rich dish of grilled bass, white kimchi, Asian cucumber, XO sauce, and a delicate lemongrass & ginger foam.
The fifth course was another favourite as we headed to India and the “Taj Mahal” where we enjoyed Jackfruit Samosa, with sultana biryani, burnt pepper, curry leaf & coconut pickle: a stunning vegetarian option.
And don’t miss out on the fantastic Cheese Course “Detour” of Comté, golden raisin, & pain d’épices.
The adventure concluded in Egypt with “The Great Pyramid of Giza”, a delightful dessert of bee pollen, honey parfait, sour yoghurt, brown butter, and burnt citrus, which completed this epic culinary mission, with many challenges and conundrums along the way.
So, did we solve the puzzles correctly and find the missing treasure? Well, if you watch our post, you might find out. And if you take the challenge and crack the code, for the first time ever, Six by Nico is giving away £10,000 in an incredible prize draw.
Each tasting menu costs £46 per person, and guests can enhance their experience with an optional wine pairing for £30pp or a cocktail pairing for £40pp.
The “Six Wonders of the World Menu” runs from 21 April to 2 June.

Press Release
The menu unfolds as a culinary journey across continents, beginning in Greece and Italy. The first course, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, evokes bold Mediterranean flavours with a black olive beignet, smoked beef, and ashed curds. This is followed by The Colosseum, a Roman-inspired dish of smoked pork belly, globe artichoke, fregola sarda, black garlic, and bitter chicory.
From Europe, the journey heads across oceans. The third and fourth courses traverse new worlds—from the vibrant streets of Brazil to the ancient walls of China. Christ the Redeemer brings together scorched mackerel, zesty leche de tigre, grapefruit, and crisp turnips, offering a bright, refreshing contrast.
Next, The Great Wall of China presents an umami-rich composition of grilled bass, white kimchi, Asian cucumber, XO sauce, and a delicate lemongrass and ginger foam. The fifth course returns to the Indian subcontinent with the Taj Mahal—a decadent lamb makhani paired with masala chouriços, burnt pepper, and a punchy curry leaf and coconut pickle.
The journey and clues end in the sands of Egypt with The Great Pyramid of Giza, a dessert of bee pollen, honey parfait, sour yoghurt, brown butter, and burnt citrus, offering a sweet and smoky finish to an epic culinary adventure.
