Stormont Hotel Sunday Buffet Lunch – The four-star Stormont Hotel in East Belfast is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal with friends and family at the hotel’s Sunday Buffet Lunch.
Held in the luxurious Grand Ballroom, the Buffet Lunch serves traditional favourites alongside contemporary dishes using the freshest, local, seasonal ingredients.
There’s a huge selection of starter choices, succulent roasts, and hot and cold dessert options. Even though we’re not huge meat eaters, there was an abundance of fish and veggie alternatives for us to enjoy; the crevettes were so good, we had to go for seconds, the four cheese panna cotta was delightfully piquant, and our mains of salmon fillet and leek and celeriac pie were excellent, and served with all the trimmings.
And the desserts, all made in house, are fantastic; the moist tiramisu, mini banoffee tarts, and the comforting apple crumble and custard were simply delicious.
Entertained by the perfectly pitched jazz stylings of Matthew and Rachel, and with friendly, attentive service from all the staff, this was a lovely, relaxing way to spend a Sunday afternoon enjoying superb food and drink at The Stormont Hotel.
