Belfast’s Bullitt Hotel is set to mark its 10th anniversary next month with a four-week programme celebrating a decade of food, music, art and cultural collaborations.

Since opening its doors on Church Lane in October 2016, Bullitt Hotel has established itself as one of city’s best-known venues to eat, stay, and play, priding itself on its extensive programme of events and experiences, that bring people together.
Throughout the month of October, Bullitt will host a series of special events, collaborations and dining experiences to mark its 10-year milestone.
Music will play a major part in kickstarting the celebrations on Saturday 3rd October. Teaming up with new Belfast-based record label KUBBLA Records, the hotel will welcome leading French DJ and producer, Art of Tones to the Courtyard for a live DJ set. The booking builds on a decade of success of the venue’s ‘Bullitt Presents’ series, which recently hosted renowned UK DJ James Lavelle for a raucous night in the Courtyard in May.

For the foodies, Bullitt’s award-winning restaurant, Taylor and Clay brings its popular Chef’s Table back for two anniversary editions on Thursday 1 and Thursday 29 October.
The first sitting will look back to Bullitt’s beginnings, with executive chef Saul O’Reilly curating a menu inspired by some of the dishes and flavours that featured on his earliest menus. Later in the month, head chef Andrew McKeownwill showcase the current favourites alongside a taste of what’s to come on upcoming menus.
Bullitt is also teaming up with Belfast-based Out of Office Brewing for a special anniversary collaboration. Wake Up Call, a limited-edition juicy pale ale created for Bullitt’s 10th birthday, will be available on draft and in cans at the hotel throughout October. The collaboration will also include three special editions of the Out of Office Beer Club, themed around ‘food to drink beer with’, pairing a selection of Out of Office brews with a menu of beer snacks created by Bullitt chefs.
Continuing the tradition of artistic collaborations, an integral part of Bullitt’s identity since opening, Belfast-based artist EMIC has been commissioned to create a bespoke mural which will be painted in the hotel’s courtyard during October.
The anniversary milestone also marks an exciting time for Bullitt, with plans now well under way to expand the brand further in both Belfast and Dublin. A new Bullitt Studios self-catering accommodation concept will be central to a major new development on Ann Street, with rooms set to be available from early 2027, and construction has begun for the long-awaited Bullitt Dublin hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2028.
Commenting on Bullitt’s 10th anniversary, Andy Carson, general manager at Bullitt, said: “Bullitt has always been about doing things a little differently. When we opened 10 years ago, we wanted to create a hotel that offered a great hospitality experience, with quality accommodation, food and drinks central to the offering, but also create a space that felt connected to the city around it. Ten years later, we are committed to that ethos more than ever.
“Some of the most stand-out moments over the past decade have come through the people we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with. Belfast has an incredible food, music, arts and cultural scene, which continues to grow and evolve, and our vision has always been to create a place where we can champion talent and experiences all under one roof. The anniversary gives us an opportunity to celebrate what Bullitt’s become, and showcase those who’ve played a big part in its success.
“We’re looking forward to what the next 10 years have in store, and alongside our upcoming expansion in Belfast and Dublin, our focus will remain on continually collaborating with the creative communities and shining a light on the superb cultural scenes both cities have to offer.”

As part of the anniversary celebrations, Bullitt is also launching a new hotel offer in October. Guests can book an overnight stay for just £149*, which includes £50 credit to spend anywhere in the hotel.
This anniversary package can also be purchased as a gift voucher, as way of gifting a loved one to enjoy an overnight stay at Bullitt at a later date. The vouchers will be available to purchase throughout October only and will be valid for stays between November 2026 and April 2027, subject to availability and terms and conditions.
