Across the district, our chefs and restaurant teams are creating outstanding food experiences using quality local produce, and this week shines a well-deserved spotlight on their work. I would encourage everyone to take the opportunity to dine out, try something different and support our fantastic local businesses.”

Taste Mid Ulster Food Ambassador Bronagh Duffin added:
“Mid Ulster has an incredible food story to tell, and Restaurant Week is a brilliant way to showcase it. Our chefs are proud to work with local farmers, growers and producers to create menus that are full of flavour and rooted in the seasons. By choosing to dine locally, people are directly supporting that network and experiencing the very best produce our area has to offer.”
