On Howard Street in Belfast’s Linen Quarter, Amelia Hall is a fantastic, Bar and Pizzeria serving breakfast and coffee in the mornings, lunchtime dishes and drinks in the afternoon, and a great evening menu with wine and cocktails.

We called in for lunch with friends, and had some tasty salads including Orzo & Kale with Pesto, Marinated Feta, & Golden Raisins, and Autumn Panzanella with Roasted Sweet Potato, Courgettes, Tomatoes, Greens, Croutons & a Mustard Dressing.
Amelia Hall also serves up terrific sandwiches; the Italian Sandwich is crammed with Pepperoni, Salami, Mozzarella, Hot Honey & Rocket. And of course the authentically Italian-style Pizza are amazing; the Verdura with Mozzarella, Grilled Artichokes, Olives and Mushrooms is delicious, especially accompanied by a side of Parmesan & Rosemary Salt Chips.
All the food is sourced from local suppliers, and the team at Amelia Hall is committed to supporting the local economy whilst serving up some of the best food in Belfast. Amelia Hall is an all-day venue with a constantly changing vibe to suit every occasion, and is open 7 days a week from 8am to 1am.

Banh Boy is a favourite Ballyhackamore venue of ours serving up amazing Asian-inspired dishes and cocktails.
We popped in recently and took advantage of Banh Boy’s great value deal of “one small, one big, one side” which is a snip at only £23.
Everything we ordered was fantastic, although our standout dishes were the Salt & Chilli Cauliflower with asian slaw, miso aioli, & chilli oil, and Dan Dan noodles with stir fried lentils, mushrooms, peanuts & pak Choi, both from the extensive Veggie Menu.
The Salt & Chilli Squid with asian slaw, kewpie, & nouc cham, and the Stir Fried Pork version of the Dan Dan noodles were also utterly delicious, especially when accompanied by sides of Banh Boy’s legendary Thai Fries with chilli gremo & thai butter, and Stir Fried broccoli with peanuts, sesame, & lime.
The “1 small – 1 big – 1 side for £23” offer is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday all evening, and Thursday – Saturday from 17:00 until 18:30.
Glens of Antrim Distillery
Drawing inspiration from the stunning North Coast landscapes, Glens of Antrim Distillery’s meticulously crafted whiskeys tell their own stories. Firstly, Lir Green Crest is triple cask & expertly crafted, Lir Red Crest has been matured in a PX Sherry Cask, and Lir Black Crest is matured in an Oloroso Sherry Cask. Whiskeys which are truly unique, sophisticated & satisfying.
