Dawn Crothers Solo Dog Exhibition – 19 Nov to Jan 2024

Dawn Crothers

On Sunday 19th November, Dawn Crothers launched her much-anticipated new exhibition showcasing her latest creations – a glorious display of dog portraits in oil and charcoal.

As the proud owners of our very own Dawn Crothers Pet Portrait-we had commissioned Dawn to paint a fabulous portrait of our cats Percy & Pepper, which takes pride of place in our living room- we couldn’t wait to see what Dawn had created.

From Seamus the Irish Wolfhound to Monsieur Pee Pee, each picture was oozing with charm and character, and each pet was portrayed in Dawn’s unique, contemporary style.

And it was great to see people bringing their beloved dogs to the show to enjoy treats from Murphy & Bailey, and of course there was mulled wine and goodies for the humans too!

The event truly emphasised Dawn’s commitment to fostering a sense of community around her art, and her enduring fascination with dogs and their unique place in our lives.

The exhibition will be running until Christmas in Dawn Crothers Studio & Gallery on the Belmont Road.
