IT’S GIVING MODERN SODA HITS NI – 2026

IT’S GIVING – New £1 modern soda launches in 3 flavours with 6g of plant-based fibre per can

Meet Northern Ireland’s new £1 modern soda with 6g of plant-based fibre per can, launching just in time for #ServeSeason.

It's GIving
Fans Orla McGivern and Dylan McChesney took a break from their padel match at Belfast Boat Club to declare it officially #ServeSeason in Northern Ireland. It’s is available in three fruity flavours — Apple & Elderflower, Black Cherry and Mango & Passionfruit — with each 330ml can containing 6g of plant-based fibre. The range is low calorie, naturally low in sugar and contains no artificial sweeteners.

Created by Simon Gray, founder of BOOST, this is designed for people who want a soft drink that tastes great, looks good and offers something extra.

Available in three fruity flavours – Apple & Elderflower, Black Cherry and Mango & Passionfruit – each 330ml can is low calorie, naturally low in sugar and contains no artificial sweeteners.

Created as a soft drink first, with added benefits as the supporting layer, it’s made for everyday moments – from lunch breaks and sunny walks to BBQs, picnics, padel matches and beach days – without the premium price tag often associated with functional drinks.

The launch comes as fibre intake becomes a growing focus for shoppers looking for small, achievable ways to support their daily routine. According to the British Nutrition Foundation, 96% of UK adults fail to meet the recommended 30g daily fibre intake. With 6g of plant-based fibre per can, IT’S GIVING provides 20% of that recommended daily intake, helping to bridge the gap in an easy, everyday way.

The name IT’S GIVING taps into a phrase already familiar in culture, while also reflecting exactly what the brand is here to do: give consumers great taste, a fibre-forward edge and a modern soft drink option at an everyday price.

Simon Gray, founder, said: “People are looking for drinks that fit naturally into everyday life – something that tastes great, offers something extra and works with the way they actually live.

“That is what IT’S GIVING has been created to do. It is a proper soft drink first – full of flavour and visually bold – but with 6g of plant-based fibre and a £1 price point that makes it easy to enjoy as part of normal everyday moments.

“With BOOST, I built a drinks brand around value and functionality. IT’S GIVING takes that same thinking into a new space – flavour-led refreshment with added purpose.”

IT’S GIVING has already earned industry recognition, with finalist spots in all three UK Soft Drinks Awards categories it entered: Best New Brand, Best Functional Drink and New Product Concept.
