Serving up phenomenal breakfasts, incredible smash burgers, tender chicken, tasty tacos, salads, and veggie dishes, Truckee Cheese is a streetfood-lover’s dream.
We loved the Tacos with Buttermilk Chicken, Garlic Aioli, Tomato Salsa, Shredded Lettuce, and tangy Chilli Jam, and the Deep Fried Breaded Halloumi with Hummus, Smashed Avocado, Fresh Tomato Salsa and Lettuce, served in a Seeded Bun.
And don’t miss out on the amazing Truckee Puffs; golden fried tater tot-style snacks, smothered in Triple Cheese Sauce! Irresistible!
Although we had a successful yet exhausting lunchtime shift serving up smash-burgers and fries, we thought it might be better to leave it to the expertise of the Truckee Team, so that we could relax and enjoy the delicious food!
