Spring into ‘Visit Mourne’ this March for an amazing secret dining experience championing local food, drink and entertainment talent.
We were invited by Visit Mourne & Paul Cunningham, Mourne Larder to the beautiful Killeavy Castle Estate.
Blindfolded, so as not to spoil the surprise, we were transferred by bus from @canal court hotel in Newry (where we enjoyed a very comfortable overnight stay) and on arrival we were bowled over by the Red Carpet reception.
Espresso Martini in hand, we were entertained in spectacular fashion by @hitmachine and throughout by @celtic dance and @niamhMusic .
We were then treated to no less than eleven courses of sensational, locally sourced and foraged food, with the emphasis on quality and sustainability.
