The Croft, Templepatrick

We couldn’t wait to revisit The Croft’s luxurious self-catering cottage to enjoy a private, relaxing retreat, with its stunning blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

Our visit – September 2026

The Croft, Templepatrick – We had visited the delightful countryside setting earlier this year for a private dining experience hosted by talented chefs Marion Lancial and Callum Irwin following their time on Great British Menu, and its superb detached event space, alongside unique accommodation, provided the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion.  Link to that event below :-

So we couldn’t wait to revisit The Croft’s luxurious self-catering cottage to enjoy a private, relaxing retreat, with its stunning blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The design features effortlessly balance contemporary and traditional styles, and seamlessly combine practicality with a touch of class.

Recently renovated, The Croft is close to local hotels, just minutes from Belfast International Airport, and is an excellent base for exploring; the North Antrim Coast is less than an hour away, and Belfast City Centre is just a short drive.

At The Croft nothing has been left to chance in order to ensure a relaxing self-catered stay, and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious, tastefully styled living areas, two thoughtfully designed bedrooms with elegant furnishings, and modern bathroom spaces including wet room showers and a striking large stone bath in which to enjoy a pampering soak after a day exploring.

Outside, there’s a pretty private garden and BBQ patio area , complete with stone worktops and an outdoor fridge, making it the ideal space for entertaining and al fresco dining.

We had our evening meal in the impressive dining room, which can  accommodate any mealtime requirements from informal family lunches, to sophisticated dinner parties, but you can enhance your stay with exclusive private dining experiences (there’s a great Murder Mystery event on the 14th November!) and bespoke celebrations can be arranged in the adjoining banqueting space, which is available for private hire.

The Croft is the perfect choice for couples, friends, and small groups looking for a memorable stay, unwinding in this beautiful rural setting with its tranquil surroundings.
