Molly’s Yard
Mollyās Yard on Botanic Avenue has a great Christmas Menu. To start, the Roast Parsnip & Celeriac Soup, the Honeyed Fig, Goats Cheese & Prosciutto Tartlet, & the Sriracha Cauliflower Wings were all top-notch, but we particularly enjoyed the Vegan āSmoked Salmonā. Our mains included a Chargrilled Fermanagh Ribeye with Young Buck butter, Butter Roasted Hake, and golden Scampi & Chips. We were also tempted by two comfort food desserts; a moist, fruity Xmas Pud, & a Coconut Rice Pudding with rum caramelised pineapple & almonds. A delicious Irish menu championing local produce & suppliers.Ā

Millar’s Grill & Seafood
Millar’s Grill & Seafood in Lanyon Quay is a fantastic addition to Belfastās food scene. We started with a couple of Signature Cocktails; āSea Lemonā, & āCuriously Fashionedā. We nibbled on some Padron Peppers before our starters; Pan Seared Scallops with a Crab Fritter, Crab Bisque & Pickled Samphire, & Crab & Crayfish Risotto with Crispy Leeks. Continuing with the seafood theme, we loved the Tuna Steak with BĆ©arnaise, & a terrific Vegan āFish & Chipsā. To finish, the Baked Alaska is a must.
